Our community of users is a very cosmopolitan, diverse and modern one. Translate that into food, and the possibilities are immense! So our friends at BIRDHOUSE are constantly racking their brains in order to develop a menu that has something for everybody. So every day, you’ll have to make a choice between super creative and fresh vegetarian, fish or meat-based goodies. At LE NEST, you’ll have the opportunity to pick one of the day’s main dishes from the ESPACE SAVEURS’s menu and enjoy it in combination with a starter and a dessert, while enjoying the kind and impeccable table service provided by apprentices, under supervision of a professional.
The BIRDHOUSE’s socially responsible project is the result of a partnership between the Fondation Apprentis d'Auteuil International (FAAI), the Ecole Hôtelière de Genève (EHG) and Gourmet Brothers. At LE NEST, for instance, young people are offered a chance to become a trainee in one of the restaurant’s hospitality trades.
As a work integration restaurant, and with the constant professional socio-educational guidance, the BIRDHOUSE offers to 15 young people who have dropped out of school the opportunity to access a dual training course, leading to a well-deserved certification.
